Debra C. Palmer

Debra Ann Carrell Palmer born in Odessa Texas November 4, 1954. She was loved and blessed by her mother and father who preceded her in death Opal A. Carrell (1996) and Jack G. Carrell (1999). Our mom who was a woman of many parts sometimes dysfunctional, but no longer has to worry over her diabetes, stroke, dialysis or heart issues. Mom died peacefully of heart failure at Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital with her children by her side on Sunday, June 1, 2025. We will remember Mom‘s love for animals, puzzles, card games, having such imaginative parties, her baking and travelin! She lived in her own idea and in her own reality, she wasn’t perfect, but we did have a fun complex intermix life… No one loves you like your mom and no one can hurt you like your mom. 

Debra is survived by her three children, Natalie Michelle McDaniel (George Eric McDaniel), Bobby Jack Kassler, Charla Janelle Mindrup, her grandchildren, Patricia LiAnne Juettner, Randal Lewis Juettner II, Haleigh Michelle Jo-Lyn McDaniel Russo-Noon, Megan Caroleena McDaniel, Savannah Rae McDaniel and her great grandchildren, Adalyn Jean-Marie Juettner, Ellie-Jo McDonald, Melanie Jane Juettner; family, relatives, and friends that became family.
