Gregory Neale Phelan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gregory Neale Phelan, who was born on February 11, 1947 and passed away on December 24, 2025.

Gregory is survived by his wife Carol Phelan, his two daughters Jessica and Kate Phelan, his sister Penny Phelan and his brother Mike Phelan.

 A celebration of his life will take place on February 17, 2026 at The Executive Surf Club with The Scarecrow People playing on the patio.
