Patsy McDonald

Patsy Ann McDonald (Taylor) September 10, 1966 – September 30, 2026Patsy Ann McDonald (Taylor), 60, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away in the early morning hours of September 30, 2026, just 20 days after celebrating her 60th birthday. Born in Corpus Christi, TX on September 10, 1966, Patsy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her greatest joys in life were found in the simple moments—singing the night away, dancing beneath the neon moon, and pouring her heart into art and crafts she created. She had a gift for making memories wherever she went and leaving a little piece of her love in everything she created. On April 27, 1984, Patsy married the love of her life, Norman Lem McDonald Sr. Together, they shared 44 years of marriage, building a life and family side by side. Through every season of life, their love and commitment to one another remained at the heart of their family. Patsy leaves behind her husband, Norman Lem McDonald Sr.; three children and their families: daughter Reena Anthony, her husband, Joe Anthony, and their daughters, Emma and Sadie; son Norman Jr. “Bubba” McDonald, his wife, Brittany, and their children, Harper and Waylon; and son John Eddins McDonald and his daughters,  Abernathie and Anais .She is also survived by her mother, Mary Alice Taylor, and her two living brothers, Billy Stark and James Stark. She was preceded in death by her father, John Richard Taylor. Patsy’s greatest legacy is the family she loved so deeply, and that she never met a stranger. She will be remembered in the stories shared, the memories made, the laughter, and in all the little pieces of herself she left behind in the people she loved most. Rest peacefully, Patsy. You were deeply loved, and you will be deeply missed.

 We love you, Momma.
