Philip Minter Wright

Philip Minter Wright, born on October 29, 1960, in Corpus Christi, Texas, departed this life on November 4, 2025, in his hometown. He was a gentle soul who brightened the lives of those around him with his kindness and compassion. Philip's approach to life was characterized by a sincere concern for others, making him a beloved figure to both friends and family alike.

Survived by brother James A. Wright (Katherine )and stepmother Nancy Wright sister Heather McNatt (Donnie) nephews and niece Casey, William, Michael and Regan.  Uncle Claude D'Unger and many cousins.  

Philip was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Geraldine D'Unger McGloin and Alfred Philip Wright Jr. Their guidance and love shaped who he was and their memory will forever remain in the hearts of his surviving family.

As a man deeply rooted in his community, Philip leaves behind a legacy of kindness and friendship. His gentle spirit will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, and he will be remembered with great affection as we celebrate his life and the impact he made on those around him. Rest in peace, Philip Minter Wright.
