Ronald Dale Gracey

Ron Gracey, age 78 of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025.

Ron graduated from Alice High School and was a proud Coyote throughout his life. He left Alice when he joined the United States Airforce to proudly serve his country. He continued to serve his country until he retired, working at the Corpus Christi Army Depot with pride and dedication for a job he loved.

Throughout his time, Ron had many hobbies; He played tennis, softball, flag football, basketball, judo and karate. Ron took his love for tennis and became a tennis pro. He especially enjoyed teaching tennis those young and old. Ron loved going to the movies and watching old westerns on tv. He also loved reading and writing. He wrote many poems and short stories throughout his life.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; Helen (O’Neil) and Sam Gracey. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Trisha); daughter, Jennette (Jenni) Brown and husband Jerry; son, Christopher (Chris) Gracey; grandchildren, Ryan Brown, Katelyn Brown, Chloe Gracey and Logan Gracey; great-grandchild, Collin Brown; sisters, Sandi Rainwater and husband Ron, Barbara (Barbi) McCarn and husband Neal; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
