Steven Labe Penn

Steven Labe Penn was born at home in Idaho Ohio on July 10, 1953, to Labe Forrest and Irene Phyllis Penn. Steve passed from this world on March 19, 2025, at 11:30 am at the age of seventy-one at the Christus Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice, and his youngest son Adam Wesley. Surviving are his daughter Kimberly (Tom) Worthen and son Steven Labe Jr, grandchildren: Brook, Thomas, Adam, Breanna, Sierra, Skye, Anthony, Alex, Harley, along with 6 great grandchildren. Steve also had 3 full sisters, Dana, Loretta, (who preceded him in death) and Patricia, and a full brother Larry. Steve also had several half brothers and sisters, all which have also preceded him in death.

Steve moved to Texas over 45 years ago, making numerous friends and retiring from the oil fields. He was a graduate of Western High School in Pike County Ohio, but Texas was his home and where he will be buried.
