Obituary for Susan A. Hinojosa 

Susan Hinojosa, a beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend, passed away on November 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, Susan grew up with a vibrant spirit, a kind heart, and a natural ability to make people laugh. She turned her passion for beauty into a career in cosmetology, where she touched countless lives. Susan didn’t just make people look good—she made them feel good. Her chair was a place filled with laughter, comfort, and genuine connection.

Susan was known for always having a great time and making sure everyone around her did too. She had a contagious laugh, a quick sense of humor, and a way of turning ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.

Above all, Susan loved her family deeply. She was the best mom her children could have asked for—loving, supportive, and endlessly proud. As a sister, she was loyal, caring, and always there for her family. Her love and devotion to her family were the center of her life.

Susan will be remembered for her warmth, her laughter, her generous heart, and the light she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.

Susan is survived by her son, Jeremy Lopez, and his wife, Annie Lopez; her daughter, Alexis Rodriguez; and her brothers, Jesse Hinojosa and his wife, Margret Hinojosa, and Rene Hinojosa, along with many extended family members, friends, and loyal clients who will miss her deeply.

A celebration of Susan’s life will be held on December 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Gregory Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her life, share memories, and celebrate the love and laughter she gave so freely.
